Sexual dysfunction includes desire, arousal, orgasmic and sex pain disorders (dyspareunia and vaginismus). Primary care physicians must assume a proactive role in the diagnosis and treatment of these disorders. Long-term medical diseases, minor ailments, medications and psychosocial difficulties, including prior physical or sexual abuse, are etiologic factors. Gynecologic maladies and cancers (including breast cancer) are also frequent sources of sexual dysfunction. Patient education and reassurance, with early diagnosis and intervention, are essential for effective treatment. Patient history and physical examination techniques, normal sexual responses and the factors that influence these responses, and the application of medical and gynecologic treatments to sexual issues are discussed. Basic treatment strategies, which may be successfully provided by primary care physicians for most sexual dysfunctions, are outlined. - Enhance stimulation and eliminate routine
- Encourage use of erotic materials (videos, books); suggest masturbation to maximize familiarity with pleasurable sensations; encourage communication during sexual activity; recommend use of vibrators; discuss varying positions, times of day or places; suggest making a "date" for sexual activity.

You can easily get a sex toys for 10 to 15 dollar. In the first place this looks like a good deal. But here is something you should consider.
Most of the cheap sex toys use cheap materials, like elastomers, PVC, jelly or whatever. All of them are cheap to produce and all of them are porous. Basically elastomers are a group of materials and rubber is one of them . So,l we are looking at a group of materials that are used in sex toys. I you think you will find all substances on the package and if you know all the different terms for the mixes that can be made, then go for it. But you could have a silicone-rubber mix and still find it under elastomer toy.
Unlike other sites on the web I do not dare to tell you that elastomer toys are free from anything.
